Our meditation practices begin with relaxation and breath training. Both techniques are secular in nature.
We also offer mantra meditation and deeper spiritually based meditation practices. We teach the use of malas, mantra, and pranayama.
All our meditation practices are based in the Himalayan tradition. They are suitable for people of all faith traditions as well as those who prefer a secular practice.
